I made the reservation and when I arrived they had already rented the room. Only room available at 4 times the price

Esperienza deludente!

Pessima struttura Non ha accettato la nostra prenotazione dicendo che con Hotels.com loro non lavorano. Abbiamo per forza dovuto pagare una seconda volta a prezzo doppio. Era sera inoltrata e purtroppo non avevamo altra scelta che accettare. Gli uffici di Hotel.com non erano più raggiungibili telefonicamente vista la tarda ora. Anche se era prevista la colazione alle 10 del mattino non c’era nessuno alla reception per farla e nemmeno per restituirci i documenti. Dopo numerose telefonate ci hanno risposto dicendo di aprire il cassetto di una scrivania per recuperare i nostri documenti. Non abbiamo nemmeno avuto la ricevuta per il pagamento in contanti perché non c’era nessuno a darcela. Sto aspettando la risoluzione da parte di Hotel.com. Struttura sconsigliata. Deludente.
