The kitchen, also with a balcony and very bright, is large and very well equipped and also has a dishwasher plus various utensils. The windows have double thermal cuts for good soundproofing and with automatic shutters and mosquito nets. Depending on the number of people and the period of the overnight stay, towels and sheets will be assigned. The apartment is in an elegant area of ​​Catania with a subway under the house that allows you to move immediately and reach the center in 10 minutes. The apartment also has a private and monitored parking space at a cost of 13 euros per day. It has everything you need for a nice holiday with friends or family. The area has all the commercial services (supermarkets, bakery, banks, post office, bar ...).
