Estamos molestos , no fue posible acceder al hotel ya que había un evento cultural en toda la zona alrededor de su propiedad, estuvimos tocando la puerta y los goles por teléfono por más de 20 min !!! Ya después de muchos minutos nos contestó una persona de muy mala manera y no nos dio solución ! Eso fue alrededor de las 930 pm. Si ir lo cual exijo se me regrese mi dinero que pague con ustedes ! Jamás me ha pasado esto en otra parte del mundo ! Pésimo hotel y servicio
