It was centrally located however I can’t say we’ve been completely satisfied. We waited outside for over 1 1/2 hours to be let in , in 31 degrees heat. The shower issue was not addressed and the welcome kit was very underwhelming. The coffee machine did not work , it kept overflowing after one coffee. The steps inside the main door to our unit is always wet and very slippery. We did fall once and sustained an injury on the leg with no one to reach out to as no one else was in the building. Communicating with you via WhatsApp has been very difficult to say the least as times it would take days for you to respond and we had to reach out to Expedia to contact you on numerous occasions. If anything a refund would be appropriate.
