Palazzo Arcidiacono is a splendid noble residence built in the early 1900s with the intervention of the most illustrious architects and painters of the time (its beautiful ceilings admirable).
The strategic location in the heart of Catania just behind Piazza Duomo, and the presence of all the technological comforts of a newly renovated tourist-friendly property will make your stay in Sicily unique!

Guests have access to the entire apartment on the first floor of 160sqm consisting of a large entrance hall, 2 large and luxurious living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms (one with hydromassage shower cubicle and wall phono, the other with bath) , equipped kitchen (crockery, pots and pans, refrigerator, stove, traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, American coffee machine, traditional coffee maker, kettle, toaster), internal courtyard with laundry and washing machine available to guests at no additional cost. Bed linen and towels are also provided. You will love this experience

Great location. A step back in time with beautful decor and lots of room to relax and enjoy this flat. Livio and his father are super. They responded within minutes of any questions we had and were so kind and helpful. We thought the beds were not comfortable but everyone loves something different. Highly recommend this for an unforgettable experience.

Livio's Palace

That apartment is enormous - 9 rooms! Simply incredible! We had a wonderful time in Catania. Livio is an excellent host. I will try to rent his palazzo next time we visit Sicily and recommend him to my friends! We will see you again, Livio!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Catania

We were 4 women in total and had just finished a 6 day hike in Sicilia. Staying in this wonderful roomie apartment was just what we needed. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming, the apartment was clean and had all the conveniences one needs and all one has to do is walk out the front door to reach the markets and shops. Livio, our host, is available and made us feel right at home. We were very pleased with the apartment and would stay there again and again. Thank you, Livio

Incredible home in a perfect location

This home is amazing and is great for families or couples. Very spacious, beautiful, historic home. It is in the heart of Catania within one block of Piazza Duomo and surrounded by a lively neighborhood of restaurants and markets. We were sad to leave and look forward to returning. Anyone visiting Catania should experience this incredible home!

Une vie de palais !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement de Catane: un palais en cours de rénovation dans lequel nous occupions un étage. D'immenses pièces aux murs et plafonds décorés à l'ancienne mais tout le confort moderne dans les salles de bain et la cuisine. Livio, notre hôte, a été chaleureux, charmant et attentif à nos demandes. Il nous a, ainsi, recommandé Claudio, chauffeur de taxi, qui nous a conduit sur l'Etna, en étant aussi un guide efficace . L'appartement est idéalement placé, à 3 minutes à pied du Duomo et du marché . Ce marché est un enchantement , notamment le marché aux poissons... Grazie mille !
