Comfortable 80 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people located on the ground floor of a just renovated building without a lift. The accommodation is located in a central area of the city a few steps from the Greek Theater and Castel Ursino. The apartment is on two floors connected by an internal staircase: on the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom while on the first floor the double bedroom.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- SOGGIRONO with double sofa bed, dining table, coat rack, TV and split A / C.
- KITCHEN with gas hob, sink, refrigerator, oven with cylinder, microwave, toaster, electric hob, kettle, moka.
-BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine.
- BEDROOM with double bed, single bed, wardrobe, desk, TV and split A / C.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: A / C, unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer.

The apartment is located in Catania city center (NO Traffic-Limited Area / ZTL) just a few minutes on foot from all the main points of interest in the area: Piazza Duomo and Sant'Agata Cathedral, the historic street market, the Benedictine monastery, the Ursino Castle, the Greek Roman theater, the opera house Vincenzo Bellini and the homonymous garden.
Walking through the streets of the city you will come across many bars, restaurants and pastry shops where you can enjoy the renowned cuisine and typical products of Sicilia region, known throughout Italy and the world.
In the neighborhood you can easily find all the comforts you need during your stay: pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants and bars. A few steps away, it is possible to find Via Etnea, a renowned shopping street in the city center.
The property is just few minutes on foot from Garibaldi-Centro Hospital and the Catania Univerity "Dipartimento di Scienze della Formazione".

-From Catania Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by public transportation lines 2-5 / 429 / 442 to "P.zza S. Maria di Gesù f/te 13" stop, 3 minutes on foot from the apartment.

If you're travelling by car, you can find parking slots, for a fee, in the surrounding streets (blue stripes). Alternatively, you can park, for a fee, at Catania Parking garage located in via Massaua 2, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
