TLC Potential

Cute lake house with a lot of potential if given a little TLC. Unfortunately during our stay, we walked into a house that looked as if it had not been opened for quite some time and we spent a significant amount of our arrival cleaning up cobwebs and bugs throughout the house. While some bugs would be reasonable as this house is located very close to a lake, there should be better insulation in the home to prevent them from coming in. A good cleaning before guests arrive would be helpful also. Underneath the couches and beds were very dirty. There is AC which was nice for this weekend as it was extremely hot, but the back bedroom only has a fan and can get a bit warm. The secluded back yard was an added bonus and being able to walk to the lake was nice. The check-in process was very easy. John was very easy to communicate with.

what a great stay!

we came for a family memorial and this house was great. fit my immediately family well and then we hosted a pasta dinner for some extended family. had plenty of space to sit between inside and outside. John was AMAZINGLY assessable… answered all questions with hours, if not minutes.

Great location!

Easy check in/ checkout. Very close to 28A and 28. Lake views, quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed.
