You will feel upgraded the moment you pass the gate and driving through lush green lawns with nicely landscaped grounds of Desert Princess Country Club. Tito's Getaway is luxurious with extra-large patio doors and windows that look out to beautiful scenery with mountain views in the far end. Open space with 10' tall ceiling, master suite with king size bed will make you feel very comfortable staying here. Tito (see in picture) is happy to share it with you. Located within Desert Princess Palm Springs, Casa Natoma is 2 beds 2 bath unit with double sinks in each bathroom. This end unit is nice and bright with open floor plan. My favorite part of the house is the patio that is facing east and always in the shade in the evening. It even has plants around it to give you some privacy. I can just sit and relax for hours.
Master bedroom has a fireplace, TV and a reading chair. Second bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a dedicated office desk for those working from home. Modern kitchen has newer cabinets and comes with all the basic cooking supplies to make your stay comfortable.

It is only 10-15 minute drive to Palm Springs International Airport or downtown Palm Springs.

Transient Occupancy Tax of 12% is charged by City of Cathedral City and 1% is charged by Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District (GPSTBID)

Guest will have access to entire house, front and back patio. It is in the gated community and guest pass (QR Code) will be issued a day or two prior to arrival.
Guest also have access to many amenities without an additional cost. Pool, fitness center, pickleball, bocce ball, are self service basis.
Tennis court can be rented at $15/court/hour.
Golf and Spa packages can be inquired at the Spa or Golf Pro shop.

Desert Princess is a resort community that has many amenities within the community. It is 10-15 minutes to Palm Springs Airport or downtown Palm Springs. Only 2 hours drive to Los Angeles.

No public transportation is available. It is inside a country club/resort and car dependent.

I do have security cameras outside the house, by the front entry door and by the patio to prevent trespassing.

Cancellation request before 60 day of check-in - 90% refund
Cancellation request between 30-60 days of check-in - 50% refund
No refund on cancellation request less than 30 days of check-in.
Damage deposit of $1000 from original payment mode may be withheld before, during or after the stay.

- Only 2 dog (less than 50lbs) is allowed with prior agreement. Pet must be on leash all time outside the unit. Guests can walk dogs along the road and take care of the waste.

- Pets are not allowed to go on the golf course.

- No more than 4 person may occupy at any one time.

- No walking, jogging on the golf course.

- Maximum 2 cars per booking is permitted.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside of the property.

- Please take the trash out to the bins by the garage.

- Guest may not assign or sublease the premises under any circumstances.

- No commercial photography, videography or events are allowed.

- Host shall have the right to enter the premises to make inspections or provide necessary services. However, host does not assume any liability for the care or supervision of the premises while under the possession and of guest. As provided by law, in the case of an emergency, host may enter the premises without guest's consent.

- Any noise violation fee (from the city), pet violation fee (from the resort), damages to the property, all the other fees incurred by the guest will be passing along to guests.

- All parties including the guest will be subject to immediate eviction from the property if the guest or parties of the guest violate any terms of this agreement, including but not limited to, violation of the occupancy limits, pet provision, smoking, noise ordinance or parking. In the event of eviction from the property, the guest shall forfeit all amounts paid and there will be no refund of money.

On our first visit in June, we were impressed with the cleanliness and comforts that make this condo feel like home. Choosing a place to stay wasn't difficult when we decided to revisit the area the same year. We reserved another week in August. What makes this condo stand out is its cleanliness, the amenities comparable to those of a home, and the owner's friendliness and professionalism. The owner responded promptly to any questions we had. Overall, it was a relaxing and peaceful place to unwind and feel right at home.

Getaway from the cold and rain

The owner has provided the amenities that make this property truly “home away from home….cellophane wrap, knives, bowels, baking dishes, fry pans that work! WiFi, great tv, convenient door lock and a fantastic 6 burner propane BBQ.Beautifully and simply decorated with a lovely patio and great pools. We enjoyed great pickleball courts and especially the paved beautifully landscaped walks with views of mountains and away from cars.
