Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 380 m² garden. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot.

- A enclosed garden with table and chairs for outdoor lunches.
The flat is ideally located in Cauro, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
