This private estate of more than 10 hectares combines the charms of a maintained space and its wild dimension, among the Mediterranean essences with multiple scents. An ideal setting for a holiday of rest, near the beaches of the South Shore of Ajaccio.

Each of the three villas, well separated from each other, has its own access, in a green setting that goes from cork oak to arbutus. Designed for a stay of calm and conviviality, each villa has all the comfort (rooms in suites, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, terrace, private pool ...) for a stay resolutely turned to the outside.

Very close, but at the same time well separated from the places of reception, discover the family space dedicated to the traditional breeding and to the organic culture, and appreciate the pleasures of the table lined with authentic local products, elaborated by the owners and their children. Charcuterie, cheese, various vegetables to discover around a good wine from the nearby slopes of Ajaccio.

FABULEUX !!

Un seul regret: TROP COURT ! Tout a été parfait, de l'accueil de la propriétaire jusqu'à la remise des clés. La maison est impreccable et très bien entretenue. Il y a tout le luxe possible et imaginable pour des vacances réussies: cuisine sur-équipée, climatisation dans toutes les pièces, 1 salle de bain par chambre + 1 wc séparé, une buanderie totalement équipée... un vrai bonheur ! La piscine est ombragée et permet donc de stratégiquement poser des chaises longues durant la journée et profiter de l'ombre/soleil en fonction des envies de chacun. Et pour couronner le tout, les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques et disponibles en cas de besoin. Leurs productions locales (fruits, légumes, vins, confitures, etc.) sont tout simplement divins. Nous reviendrons à coups sûrs pour profiter du calme qu'offre cette résidence, tout en étant proche de magnifiques plages et de villes/villages à visiter. Merci pour tout et à bientôt !

Maison impeccable avec tout l'espace et le confort nécessaires. Mr et Mme Fortuné nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et ils nous ont prodigué de bons conseils. Les produits faits par leurs soins nous ont permis de réaliser de bons petits plats. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Très agréable

maison bien à l'image de toutes les photos, fonctionnelle et spacieuse. la verdure n'en finit pas et permet aux enfants de ne pas avoir pour seule occupation la piscine bien grande et agréable (même indispensable). Propriétaires accueillants et à l'écoute. Un petit coin de campagne au pied des plages ... Nous conseillons cette maison pour un séjour bien familial.. Merci encore pour ce séjour fort agréable.

Maison magnifique,excellent accueil

Maison magnifique, en tous points conforme aux photos et à la description. Elle allie la proximité de la mer ( plages de Porticcio à 10 mns en voiture, accès aisé ), à une localisation au calme, dans un très beau parc privé, sur la route de Cauro. Très agréable piscine avec système pour nage à contre courant. Excellent accueil, dès le premier contact téléphonique. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Excellente adresse.
