At the entrance of the village of Cauterets (900m above sea level), we offer a beautiful 3-room apartment in a residence for 6 people with terrace, garden and private parking. Located in a quiet location, it will be the ideal starting point for your summer hikes in the Pyrenees national park, for the practice of winter sports (alpine or cross-country skiing) or for a spa break.
On the ground floor:
- living room with 140/190 convertible sofa, flat screen TV, storage furniture.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, electric hob, coffee maker, toaster, dishes provided. Washing machine.
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 separate toilet

Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with 1 140/190 bed, large wardrobe.
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90/190 + 1 single bed of 90/190,

You can enjoy its pleasant terrace and the small garden with mountain views. Garden furniture and parasol provided.
Additional equipment: iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning required.

Our apartment is located 900 m from the ski lifts (Lys gondola) and 1 km from the town center where you will find all the shops, swimming pool, ice rink, fitness center and thermal baths.

Pets not allowed

Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.

Prices vary according to the season.

A “furniture” deposit of € 450 and a “household” deposit of € 50 will be requested from tenants before entering the premises and returned 14 days maximum after their departure if the inventory of fixtures is in accordance with the condition of places of entry, cleaning done.

Vacances très nature

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour sur cauterets. La commune est très dynamique et propose beaucoup de loisirs (piscine thermes patinoire mini-golf) et des randonnées dépaysantes au bord des rivières et cascades. Nous avons pu aller au cirque de gavarnie et visiter les grottes de betharram pour nous rafraîchir !

Bon séjour à Cauterets.

Location bien située en face d'un arrêt pour prendre la navette. Le bus nous conduit à la gare pour prendre les télécabines du Lys ou bien pour se rendre dans le village. Logement idéal pour une famille de 3 enfants. Bien placé aussi pour des randonnées. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons eu la chance d'avoir un super beau temps ainsi qu'une journée de neige (30 cm) pour notre plus grand plaisir.
