Apartment number 103 freshly renovated with WIFI, located in the heart of the village (16 avenue du Général LECLERC), on the first floor with elevator, east exposure with balcony overlooking an interior courtyard (less noisy than if it was street side because it is located in the city center) close to all shops with a private parking space in the basement of the residence. Rental of sheets and towels if necessary.
The apartment has a total area of 60 square meters ideally placed, with an open living room kitchen comfortable living room for 6 people, it has two bedrooms with compound windows with 140 CM beds overlooking courtyard and a cabin area with bunk beds 80 cm. The bathroom is made up of a shower with an extra flat container of 120X 80 CM and separate WC. Private and secure ski closet located on the same landing as the apartment.
It is equipped with all the necessary equipment for the kitchen (pressure cooker, large oven, microwave, electric kettle, raclette machine, citrus press, nespresso type coffee maker) fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. You also have an iron and ironing board. A Bluetooth speaker will also enhance your evening, I made sure that you have the same benefits as at home ... Once the car is parked in your covered and secure car park, you are close to the thermal baths or the ski lift.

Superbes vacances

Les propriétaires sont accessibles et surtout très gentils. Le logement est super bien situé. Gros atout le garage privé.Nous avons eu un problème de voiture. On a pu quand même profiter de notre séjour car navette en car qui va au pont d'espagne.Tout est à proximité (commerces, randonnées, télécabines mini golf. Arcade etc).

un petit nid très coconing à cauterets

l'appartement est idéalement situé à Cauterets avec une place de parking bien pratique en sous sol. la décoration est vraiment très jolie, beaucoup de goût. la literie est de bonne qualité. nous avons adoré les ballades sur le secteur : cascades , lacs, forets.. tout celà tout proche. merci pour votre accueil.

Excellent séjour ! Super appartement, très calme, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et équipé avec attention. Il n'y manque rien et les équipements (literie, électroménager ...) sont de très bonne qualité. L'aménagement est bien pensé ce qui en fait un logement très fonctionnel et agréable à vivre. Avec parking et idéalement situé au coeur du village, tout peut se faire à pied. Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil et ses conseils avisés. Plus que satisfaits, nous recommandons ce logement et espérons qu'il soit libre pour notre prochain séjour ! Accueil Rapport qualité / prix parfait. Adresse à garder et à communiquer à des proches.
