The living room is furnished with a double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and provides direct access to the large terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also opens onto the terrace. The second bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a balcony of 8 m2 with a north and west facing position. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC. The large terrace of 16 m2 faces south and east, and is furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, offering a very beautiful view of the sea, the swimming pool, and the port. Electric shutters are fitted in the living room and the first bedroom, while an electric blind is installed for the terrace.
