The holiday apartment La Mendola is located in Cavareno Campi Golf, near Kaltern (Caldaro sulla Strada del Vino), in the province of Trentino - South Tyrol. Situated at 1,300 m above sea level and with a view of the Tyrolean Alps, the apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a Bimbi mixer, a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The property has Wi-Fi (suitable for internet calls) and satellite TV. This child-friendly villa also offers a high chair. Enjoy the private outdoor area, which has a furnished garden with a covered terrace, making it a perfect place to relax. In about 20 minutes by car (15 km) you can reach the area of Kaltern or Eppan an der Weinstraße, in only 11 km you can reach supermarkets. We are also happy to deliver everything to the chalet on order. You will also find restaurants and bars in this area. The holiday flat is located directly in the skiing and hiking area at the Mendel Pass and is easily accessible by car, cable car, bicycle, or on foot. In the Mendel Stube or Enzianhütte, both restaurants about 350 m away, you will find everything a gourmet heart desires. Golfers can reach the green of the Dolomiti Golf Club in 15 minutes by car (12 km). In only 8km (11 minutes by car) you can reach the excellent restaurant Orso Grigio. The Pardaiso pizzeria is also only 4.7km from the chalet. Bolzano is a 30-minute drive or 26 km from the accommodation. Merano is a 45-minute drive or 48 km away.



Bed linen is included in the price, as well as towels and toiletries. The hosts are happy to offer a bread roll service and provide each guest with a free starter pack for self-catering. It is possible to buy wines and apple juice on site. They always have an open ear for special requests.
