This thoughtfully decorated vacation home provides a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Set on a private, treed lot, the cottage features expansive green space, creating an environment where both children and adults can enjoy outdoor play and relaxation.

Spacious Accommodations:
The property features three bedrooms plus a loft, accommodating up to ten guests comfortably. There are two and a half bathrooms, ensuring convenience for larger groups. A fully equipped, spacious kitchen opens to a large dining area and a bright, comfortable living room. Guests can relax on the covered front porch, enjoy the large side deck, or gather around the firepit for memorable evenings.

Inviting Interior Layout:
Upon entry, guests are greeted by a spacious kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, generous counter space and storage, a pantry, and an island with seating for two.

Adjacent is a spacious dining area under a vaulted ceiling with seating for eight, complemented by large windows overlooking the front porch and landscaped yard. The adjoining living room provides two sizable sofas, a fireplace, and TV/Satellite - offering a perfect retreat after a day’s activities.

Main and Upper Levels:
The main level includes a master bedroom with a queen bed and a three-piece ensuite, a second bedroom also with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a full-size washer and dryer for guests’ convenience.

Upstairs, the third bedroom is furnished with a double and a twin bed. The loft area provides three additional twin beds, a reading bench, and a half bathroom.

Outdoor Living Spaces:
A substantial side deck is suited for alfresco dining and relaxation, furnished with a propane BBQ, dining tables, a conversation seating area, and a fire table. Guests may also enjoy evenings around the firepit or mornings on the covered front porch overlooking the manicured grounds.

Golf enthusiast will appreciate the proximity to some PEI’s premiere courses, including Green Gables, Eagles Glenn, Glasgow Hills, and Anderson Creek, with Forest Hills Golf Course just at the end of the street.

Seasonal Information:
Please be advised that Cavendish amenities are closed during the off-season (October to May). Essential services can be found in North Rustico, less than a ten-minute drive, with additional nearby communities including Kensington, Charlottetown, and Summerside.
