Very sorry to hear that our services were not up to standard for you. All of our mattresses are new Simmons Beauty Rest pillow tops, which is a hotel industry standard. Our continental breakfast utilizes a local bakery. Unfortunately, although we try, we have learned that we cannot please everybody. Wishing you the best, Regards, Doris
