Michael was an excellent host in his beautiful house overlooking Rijeka and our room was clean and well kept. The grounds around his house were beautiful and lovingly kept. Michael also provided the best tips for things to do and see while in the area we’ve ever experienced!

The best stay in Croatia

My favorite stay while in Croatia was the Terra Magica room!! Breathtaking views both day and night, our room was spacious and came with a stocked mini bar, as well as a spa quality private bathroom. The host treated us like family upon arrival and offered a tour of both the property and surrounding landscape. The best part to me was the online guide to the city which lead us to delicious food/drink options in downtown Rejika. Can’t recommend this property enough for those traveling as couple or family!

Terra Magica is truly Magical

Terra Magica is a great place to stay. The apartment is roomy and stylishly decorated. All appliances and furniture are very high quality and in excellent condition. There is a very nice view of the sea from the patio area. The host was very responsive and kind. We will happily stay there again next time we are in the area.

Backpacking thru Europe

We were just staying one night, but would be perfect place away from city to stay. But near everything to see. Michael is extremely nice and pleasant, which makes a huge difference when traveling. Our room was quiet, nice bathroom across the hall. There is a large balcony right from bedroom, overlooking the city and water.

Outstanding place

This was an incredible gem and amazing value. It’s a bit off the beaten track which we loved…incredible views of Rijeka and the water while being in a tiny town. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable. Our host was so kind. If you need to be walkable to everything in Rijeka this isn’t your place but if you don’t mind a 5-10 minute drive this is so special. Local pizza place was also yummy and delivered.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail has clearly been thought through with care, making it feel like a true home away from home. But what truly made the stay unforgettable was the host. Warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed – from local recommendations to little personal touches that made all the difference. You can really tell they love what they do, and it shows. This is easily one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed at. Highly recommended – I would return in a heartbeat!

Mycket nöjda!

Vi hade en underbar vistelse. Värden var mycket vänlig och välkomnande, omgivningarna vackra och atmosfären rogivande. Det var en ren fröjd att vakna till fågelkvitter varje morgon och njuta av den fridfulla miljön. Lägenheten var perfekt utrustad – allt man kan tänkas behöva fanns där, noggrant förberett. Verkligen ett hem hemifrån. Rekommenderas varmt!

Sie werden von einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Hausherren empfangen der ihnen jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abliest. Die Unterkunft incl. bestens ausgestatteter Küche war sehr sauber und wird durch einen gepflegten Garten erreicht. Abends konnte ich bei einem guten gekühlten Rose ( für kleines Geld ) aus dem vom Vermieter gefüllten Kühlschrank, von einer exponierten Sitzecke den tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Rijeka genießen. Ich kann diese Premium Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen.

My warmest recommendations

One of the highlights during our vacation was our stay in Rijeka... I have never experienced such a warm welcome from any host in my travelling life... A huge thanks to Michael for the hospitality – What a great guy. If you decide to visit Rijeka, and Terra Magica – Then consider staying for a few days, and experiencing this wonderful place... We stayed in the apartment, which is fully equipped with all that you can imagine, and we suddenly felt at home. Already before arriving at the house, we had a warm welcome by mail, and an incredibly detailed information sheet from the host. The letter was filled with local recommendations – So you could easily find the best Rijeka has to offer… We will be looking forward to visiting this delightful place again, and hopefully meeting with our host again.

Calm, clean with beautiful view

Stayed for two nights and we were pleased with everything. The private part of the green and well maintained garden including beautiful sea view. Appartent was clean and nicely designed. The big bonus was the welcome information package, including suggestions of where to eat, swim, destionations to visit etc. The hosts are welcoming and communicative. Make sure to check whats app for information before your arrival (something that we missed)
