This spacious apartment with kitchenette, consisting of 2 bedrooms (95 square meters/1,023 square feet) and a bathroom with a family shower, is located on the 1st/2nd floor and is in an ideal location for family vacations, as it is located on private land accessible through a gate. There is a communal garden with well-established trees and shrubs and a communal pool (20m x 10m), open from May to the end of September.
On the first floor are the kitchen/dining room and the living room. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with single beds (two single beds). There is also a family shower room in the landing compartment.
