Caye Caulker Oceanfront Condo

Our 2nd floor oceanfront condo has unobstructed views of the ocean. A two bedroom, two bathroom condo directly on the Caribbean Sea. Located in the middle of the Blu Zen complex on North Caye Caulker, 15 minute walk to the split. Daily water taxi to the South island. We have Wi-Fi, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water throughout the condo. The oversized outside balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise. Stay at the only luxury resort in Caye Caulker.
The space
Both the master bedroom and guest bedroom feature a king sized bed, 50 inch smart TV. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with rain shower. A guest bathroom with rain shower is in the hallway as well as the washer/dryer for your convenience. The living area has a large sectional couch and a sofa, 55 in smart TV. The kitchen has a large dining room table that can seat 6. The kitchen comes complete with stainless appliance and all the gadgets you will need to prepare a nice meal. Air conditioning throughout the condo.
Guest access
The entire unit is accessible. There is a grill located next to the restaurant.
Other things to note
Our unit is located in Phase 2 between the two nicest pools on property. The beach is immediately below. The 2nd story allows for a panoramic view of the ocean. The restaurant is just a 5 minute walk. Live music at the main pool on Friday and Saturday nights. We are close but not too close to be bothered by the noise. Please note that the cleaning fee is for an exit clean. If you require more cleanings during your stay, there is a $50 fee and a one day notice. Ask at the front desk.....
