The room was pretty basic and the bed was as awful. I'm comparison I love camping and sleep on the ground and this was less comfortable than the ground. The staff were nice. Suggestion - leave the air conditioner so th brndt person checking in doesn't get heat stroke

Very clean rooms & friendly staff. It’s also quite convenient location if you are taking the water taxi in as it’s across the San Pedro water taxi dock. Highly recommend!

Good, clean hotel with all basic necessities provided. The room was quite spacious and clean. There is one low bench with a rod above with hangers. There is one drawer and one cabinet. The cabinet has a safe. There is a bench on top of the drawer-cabinet combo. There is a table and a chair. The hotel provides shampoo, bodywash, lotion and a soap. They provide complementary water bottles. There is a pool on the rooftop. All basic amenities are there The hotel is located in a good spot with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There is also a supermarket next door.

Great location near lots of food and drinks. Easily accessible from the ferry docks, very safe since there's a police station on the same block. Great staff, friendly, knowledgable and very hard working. Room was great, amenities include a/c, hot shower, tv, nice beds. The staff provides nice beach towels too.

The room was nice but I did not have hot water in the shower and I couldn’t get an extra towel. I also think it’s ridiculous that the room has to be inspected before you leave.

This stay was perfect, as everything was accessible. The hotel is across from the water taxi terminal so arrival was easy. All the restaurants, stores, and beaches are easily accessible. The staff was very helpful and the room was beautiful.

Excellent location right across from the water taxi. Everything in town is walkable and this hotel was no exception. The front desk staff could use some training and need things explained several times. It took getting used to for us not to flush toilet paper. The AC works but could definitely use an upgrade. Would stay again.

The hotel is beautiful but it’s still under construction: they are putting in an elevator and a roof top swimming pool. They do not have dining on site. However, there are wonderful places to dine, swim and shop in walking distance. It also has a view of the sea. L&E
