The beds were uncomfortably hard/firm, and there was very poor lighting in the bedroom. There was no functioning hot water in the bathroom sink. Additionally, the surrounding neighborhood did not feel very safe.

I was there to avoid a really early morning drive from San Juan to Cayey for a serious spine surgery. It was very satisfactory yo enter a building that was decorated minimalist style and every corner you saw was impeccable. The same with the suite we were assigned. Slept very comfortably for at least 4 hours in-spite of the nervousness for the surgery, a tribute to how comfortable we felt.

Es una propiedad muy bien ubicada, estaba limpia y la cma muy comoda. Deberian mejorar en los articulos que dejan como por ejemplo servilletas muy pocas y de mala calidad, no habia nada para limpiar algo que se me derramo ni escoba, ni mapo , ni un paño en el baño solo un rollito de papel pero por lo demas es excelente.

Beautiful decor.They could use better extermination. I had many tiny ants in the room. Also I booked a room without it being known it was a 3rd floor and no elevator. I have bad legs. Cayey is a beautiful place and I recommend a visit.
