This property includes two homes, the "Lake House" and the "Land House," providing ample space for the whole family up to 26 guests. Both homes offer all the comforts of home with breathtaking lake views. Start your day with coffee on the deck, relax by the seasonal dock perfect for 1 boat(please bring bumpers) in the afternoon, and unwind around the fire pit or in the hot tub in the evening. Perfectly situated for exploring the Cayuga Wine Trail or bird watching at the Montezuma Wildlife Refuge.

🐈🐕This property is pet-friendly ( pet with fee up to 2 dogs.) Permission needed for more than 2. Make sure to clean up after your fur babies. To ensure a clean, healthy, and respectful environment, all dog owners are required to immediately clean up and properly dispose of their dogs waste on the property.
