Know Before You Book:

Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours: The maximum occupancy at Casa de Flores is 4 people not including kids under 3 years old. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at all times.

A Note About Our Cleaning Fees: Thank you for supporting our local business! When you stay with us, you are supporting local families at work. We think everyone deserves a decent living wage, and we make sure to set the rates and fees so that our cleaners earn a living wage in beautiful Sonoma County.

Parking: There is parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles. RVs, trailers, and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance.

Bed Sizes: Master bedroom: Queen bed; Second bedroom: Full bed; Third bedroom: Full bed.

Bathrooms: Master bathroom: separate shower and tub; Second bathroom: shower over bathtub.

Location: Casa de Flores is in a cozy residential neighborhood. It is a mix of permanent residents and vacation rentals, families, working folks, and visitors. To honor this balance, we ask guests to park only in the driveway and paved parts of the yard and respect the quiet hours in addition to general family-friendly, residential neighborhood expectations. Thank you for helping to continue the tradition of a mutually beneficial relationship between vacation rentals and local community!

Stairs: There are 7 stairs from the parking area to the front porch and 9 steps from the back deck to the top of the rustic (railroad tie-style) stairs to the creek. Once inside the house, everything is one level.

Pet Friendly: Casa de Flores allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs.

Fencing: The property is fenced at the sides, but open at the driveway to the road and at the back of the property to the creek.

Security Cameras: For the safety of guests and the home, there are exterior security cameras for the front entry and parking area.

A Note About TVs: The TVs at Casa de Flores have basic cable and access to streaming apps such as Netflix, Amazon Video, and Hulu. Guests are welcome to bring their login info for these apps. The living room TV also has a Firestick and DVD player. There are TVs in the master bedroom and one of the other guest bedrooms.

Additional Amenities: In fair weather months, a hammock is available for guests.

Common Amenities not included: This home does not have Air Conditioning, but the afternoon and evening breeze from the ocean and up the river generally keep the house a comfortable temperature.

Austin Creek Access: This seasonal creek runs most of the year, but drought or storm conditions impact creek access and water levels. The water level in the creek changes quickly and it is difficult to predict what the water level will be for any specific time period. There are railroad tie-style stairs with a rope handle to the creek from the backyard.
Proximity to wineries: There is an excellent wine bar in Duncan’s Mills (3.5 mi), a couple of tasting rooms in downtown Guerneville (9.5 mi), and numerous renowned wineries and vineyards along Westside Road (15 mi).

Nearest River Beach: The Monte Rio Public Beach is 5.4 miles away.

Nearest Ocean Beach: The coastal beaches in Jenner are approx. 8 miles away.

Exactly what we were hoping for!

The property is so well kept, and had everything we needed. The deck overlooking Austin Creek provided the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening wine. It was serene, quiet, private and overall relaxing. Exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway The property's location is also fantastic. A short drive off of road 116, and about 15 minutes from downtown Guerneville.
