Access road to the chalet easily accessible. Sports: Ski lifts/chair lift Sarn-Heinzenberg and toboggan run within a few minutes by car from the house. Very family-friendly and inexpensive skiing area on the Heinzenberg. Post bus connection in the village to the ski lift or to Thusis, with good shopping facilities, forest swimming pool ec. Garden with swing, swing and covered seating area in summer. Perfect for a short relaxing weekend or a longer stay in the mountains
