Welcome to this magnificent 19th-century country house, fully renovated and nestled in the heart of the famous Valley of the Painters, beloved by Monet and Guillaumin. Just a stone’s throw from the charming villages of Gargilesse and Crozant, the house offers breathtaking views of the Boucle du Pin and the lush Creuse Valley.
🌿 Idyllic setting & preserved nature:
Immerse yourself in a peaceful environment, perfect for relaxation, wild nature walks, and outdoor activities. Swimming and kayaking are available at the Chenet beach (just 1.5 km away). The nearby Éguzon Lake is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts.
🏡 Comfortable & spacious interior:
The house features a bright, spacious living room with a cozy corner sofa, an insert fireplace for warm evenings, and a welcoming dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a central island, new dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and all the necessary utensils.
🛏️ 3 upstairs bedrooms:
Each bedroom comes with a 160x200 cm ( draps et une serviette par personne inclus ) queen-size bed and ample storage (closets, wardrobes, drawers). Ideal for up to 6 guests. There is a modern bathroom with a large shower, and separate toilet facilities upstairs.
🌞 Well-maintained & functional outdoor space:
Enjoy the teak terrace with garden furniture and parasols, a walled garden with fruit trees, and stunning valley views. A private, enclosed parking area is available at the garden entrance.
