This is the newly built Avida Riala Towers on Jose Maria del Mar Street. It was opening 2018. It's a 2 Bedroom apartment for 4 guest. We live and work in Switzerland. But our sister will manage it locally there. We can clean it up for extra fee, whenever you need it. The apartment is located on the 18th floor with a great view until Lapu Lapu.
About the swimming pool. There is a pool planned but is still in construction. It will open at the end of 2019.

I am from Switzerland, married to a Filipina from Cebu. We married 2013. But I travel to Philippines since 1999. I have over 20 years of experience with the country. So if you would like to know some other information about tourist spots you can contact me to. I guess I know more places in the Philippines than many locals.
