Presented my docs to check-in which were processed. Receptionist then asks for a deposit of PHP1000 (USD17). I just flew in and didnt have PHP so asked if they accepted CC. She said no (hotels.com indicates that they do). I said I would be back after a tour, exchange cash and pay them then. She says ok, we'll give you access to your room then, no options provided. I told her to let me store my luggage in the room, wash up but "No". I then offered other currencies and she said ok. Do they think I'll abandon my luggage for $17? Completely stupid!

Unfortunately a lot of things missing that you would expect. No luggage rack… No Ice…. No Do not disturb sign… No hot water and a safe that’s not attached. Rooms also had an unpleasant odor. We would not recommend nor would we stay there again. How they hot good reviews is beyond me.
