The property was ideal for what I was looking for. I just needed one night to rest and to relax. The staff was exceptional very friendly, diligent and competent. It’s an older hotel setback from the street, but very well maintained.

Overall service is great. My only concern is that they don’t have hotel service. During the time I was scheduled to attend the wedding I experienced to get the taxi and Grab so I ask the hotel if they available service but unfortunately no service available. We are 15 minutes late on the event.

I like it's location, it's quietly out of traffic yet it's closed to multiple shopping mall and dining option and about 5 min walk to Gaisano grocery store or country mall.

The staff were awesome, requests were fast to avail, rooms are clean and room temperatures were great. There’s a restaurant at the ground level and foods were good and reasonably priced.

Hotel has friendly staff, good service but cleaners should be supervised and taught how to thoroughly clean especially the toilet base has yellow stuff surrounding it plus the bathroom rug is always dirty looking. Pillow cases were not bright white and needs bleach to whiten it otherwise hotel has a homey atmosphere and nice.
