The only down side to Marco Polo is that it was a good distance from the things I wanted to do, like IT Park and Ayala Mall. There weren't too many dining options around the property, but the on site restaurant and staff made me feel as though I didn't have to leave to get a good meal and excellent service. There was one taxi driver, my first night in the Philippines, who took advantage of a foreigner and charged much more than he should have. Make sure your taxi driver uses the meter to prevent this from happening to you.

The hotel is older than anticipated but the staff and cleanliness of the hotel are above and beyond. The hotel has many restaurant options. The only downside is the hotel location inconvenience, especially during rush hour traffic.

As usual Service was always good except we had to pay additional 4000 php for extra buffet breakfast. What bothered me as paying for relative as only 1200 php but at check in it was 2000 php. I didn’t understand their explanation or it didn’t make sense of the. 800 php difference

Excellent stay and due to noisy guests in a room above me on a previous stay was upgraded as a gesture of goodwill which was a very nice gesture and appreciated by myself. A very comfortable room and the breakfast is great! Good facilities will certainly stay at the Marco Polo hotel again!
