Small rooms, smaller attitudes

Great location, rideshares are cheap so no problem there. The staff was less than enthusiastic about helping though. I was not aware of the key/control feature, I asked for help and was scolded. I would ask the staff for help and they were less than glad to help. They also would only let one person help when there were several people behind the desk (they all spoke English). As she was on the phone, it took 20 minutes to answer a question about the WiFi.

t'was an amazing stay.... Had a good sleep... Great service.... I'll definitely book again.... Plus the location ++ nearby coffee shop... Restore and walk in distance to Ayala Mall...

Location is great for 2 big shopping malls. Toilet & bathroom needs attention or proper maintenance. Aircon also needs caring as direction of wind is stock downwards.

In the dog pound

While the hotel staff were great and the facilities acceptable, you will not like New Era if you place any value on peace and quiet. Hotel is in a residential pocket within which there seem to be at least 50 dogs who bark relentlessly 24 hours / day. Bring your earplugs.

場所は便利ですが、部屋は清潔ですがそんなに広くなく、食事も外の食堂なのでイマイチでした。 後、シャワーの温水が出にくかったです。

ショッピングには最適です アヤラまで歩いて5分 SMまでタクシーで5分 レストランは周りには少ないですが最悪でもアヤラまで行けば食べる所は有るので困りませんでした スタッフは親切でとても良いです PCを部屋に忘れてもしっかり預かってくれました 安心のホテルです

Hotellet ser betydligt fräschare ut på bild än i verkligheten. Frukosten erhålls mot kupong på närliggande gatukök (snarare än restaurang) och det är inget aptitligt!
