Honest review

Check in was good, 1 hour ahead of time. The room was ok, but there was and still is an issue with the AC unit outside the room. At night, the condensate from the units above my room drip onto the unit outside my room and onto the roof below, causing a loud noise during the night. This was reported several times to Reception; maintenance attempted to rectify the issue, however the problem was reoccurring. The breakfast service is outstanding, very prompt and efficient, the hotel really excelled in this area! The room itself is a little outdated, showing signs of wear and tear, the side lampshades were mouldy, the shroud around the internal AC unit was showing signs of rust, the fins appear to be dirty, again another maintenance issue that needs to be addressed.

This Hotel Wants All Your Money With Little Return

Pros: Staff Customer Service 100% Cons: The hotel policy is to charge you for early check-in ($500), lost room card ($500), extra toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and bring your own trash liner because there are none for the trash dispensers. While the staff is very kind, when you give pushback on these additional charges, they kindly quote company policy, and that there is no wiggle room. The location of the hotel is questionable at best. Do not allow the low price to fool you. We recommend that you pay a little extra and seek elsewhere, buyer beware. Again the staff was very kind. That is the only positive thing about this location.

Air conditioner wasn't working and wifi is on and off although the hotel staff was very helpful but they have limits of what they can do in their logistics. Owner should upgrade those facilities. Disappointed that it was rate 8 in Agoda but has not uphold it in reality

The hotel has the bare minimum. The facilities and amenities are super old and degraded. The towels are very used. The shower drying towel was in shreds and dirty. The AC was super old. The sheets were clean but very old. The room smelled. They didn’t have sink soap, as they directed me to use the shower get that was fixed in the wall in the shower. Constant smell from the kitchen downstairs. And the area is terrible.
