生活には便利な立地だが、設備が非常に古い。

電気代、水道代は使用量に応じて別途支払い。トイレットペーパー、タオル、ソープはない。コンロ、洗濯機、冷蔵庫、エアコンはあるが非常に古い。セブ市の街中にあり、大きなシッピングモールのアヤラセンターとSMモールまで徒歩15分~20分程度で行ける。近くに日本食レストランがある。近くに観光するところは何もない。
