The only aspect I appreciate about this establishment is its proximity to Chong Hua Hospital. I booked my families stay here from April 27 to May 2 and June 29 to July 3, as my brother had a scheduled follow-up appointment with his ophthalmologist and my nieces had eye check-ups as well. Given my unfamiliarity with the area and lack of knowledge about other nearby hotels, I opted to book here. My husband and I had previously stayed here with my brothers in November during our vacation in the Philippines, and I personally experienced unfriendly service from the staff, including the guard, front desk, and housekeeping. Although I did not write a review at the time, I have decided to speak out this time. Furthermore, the guard's comment to my brother, suggesting that they should stay at a different hotel near the hospital, was unacceptable to my husband and me. I have personally encountered the "Mata Pobre" attitude during my stay at this hotel, where the staff seemed to judge us based on our appearance. Despite booking an eight-night stay and spending a significant amount of money, my family and I were treated unfairly. The primary reason my husband and I chose to stay here was due to its affiliation with Best Western, as we have consistently had positive experiences with the brand. However, I will never book a stay here again and will advise my friends to avoid this hotel.
