The hotel don't existe. I made a reservation for 19 20 january, but the hotel change the name and the boss on the 1 january . I contact booking yesterday. They said me to inform me in 24 hours about to pay the money back to me. Until now , no reaction or answer. Normaly i have never problems with the site booking. Let us see, if i will get my money back. And i must find the last moment a new hotel room and that on the weekend , on which was celebrated the Sinulog Festival, the biggest festival on the island. Not easy and a lot stress was beeded to find a new hotel.

Hotels.com und Hotel war miserabel

Das Management hat gewechselt und hat die Buchung von Hotels.com nicht mehr akzeotiert und wir mussten neu buchen und cash zahlen. Hotels.com war auch absolut miserabel in seinem Kundendienst diesbezüglich
