First, I will never stay here again. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the casino. The hotel itself is subpar. I have never heard of a cash upfront deposit, it’s always a hold on a credit card. Toilet was clogged. Took over a hour and 3 calls to get anyone to fix it. It would be nice to put a plunger in the room. As we were checking out they said we were mission a face cloth, who steals a facecloth. We booked a ride to the airport earlier in the week and as we were leaving they wanted us to pay for the ride we got from the airport to the hotel. We never got one. We had a family member drop us off at the hotel. The hotel guy said he as to check, I told him that was his problem and I’m leaving or going to miss my flight.

Our baby was fussy so we didn’t get to sleep until 1 am. Then the room next door came back at 4 am and extremely noisy. Had friends of theirs ring our doorbell 20 times in a few seconds! Called front desk to complain and they just said security guard roaming around

This is a nice place.. and you enjoy the casino all.comveniently located in 1 building. Our room was 1037 was a normal room with ample of space.. bathroom was alright but i must admit being a grand building the bathroom was a little average and quite poor workmanship tbh. Staff was great and always ready to help.

I previously stayed at the Waterfront Cebu Hotel and Casino in 2017 and was able to consider how much had changed in that period. The lobby and reception areas are just as impressive as before and the staff always welcoming, polite and accommodating. The facilities for dining remain as excellent as I remember. The swimming pool area is also wonderful. My only slight negative about my experience is my belief that the room was not quite as nice as before and had a somewhat tired appearance and looked liked being in need of redecorating. I was also a little bit disappointed that the windows overlooking the city had not been cleaned for some time. Otherwise, my stay at the Waterfront was very enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel.

Access very limited ,difficult at times to even get onto property. Staff were great Kate in housecleaning needs to be recognized. Charges for every little thing no room ammenties. Disapointing.
