It also has one double bedroom, one room with a single bed and a double bed, as well as a small open kitchen equipped with a gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/bidet/WC and gas heating on this level.

On the upper floor, accessible by an exterior staircase, you'll find a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table, and satellite TV. This room also features electric heating, air conditioning, and an exit to the balcony. There is another room with a single bed, a double bed, electric heating, and air conditioning.
