Where’s the cleaning lady?

The hotel is very good, and so is the staff at front desk . But the maids didn’t clean our room the next day. We woke up in the morning and got out and when we came back, by 5 pm, the room was untouched: dirty towels , beds unchanged, all the trash pulling out from the can, used cups… they simply forgot to go to our room. I complained, the girl from front desk went there, apologized and took pictures . She kindly brought us cups, towels and so. But it was an awful experience, the room was a mess.

Worse Hotel Experience

We were on the road all day my wife was sick & we needed a place to rest. This place was a NIGHTMARE! Our room was in the back on the 2nd floor. I got my wife & 2 dogs to the room to find out the Keys DIDN’T WORK. I went back to the lobby which was now EMPTY. I sat there for OVER 20 mins. I Yelled at the top of my lungs, called the phone (never got picked up) & even walked behind the desk & KNOCKED on the door. Finally the woman that checked me in came out of some random door YELLING at me, Needless to say I cancelled my reservation but you know how that goes. THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Also there were 2 other customers in the lobby that also were trying to cancel their reservations

Pre check-in and check-in went well. Upon walking into our room the bed was a mess, the tub had a lot of "body hair" in it, and the toilet room was obviously "used". We asked to be moved to a different room but was told it was the only room of its kind so we would need to leave the property till it could be cleaned. After 1.5 hours we were sent a text the room was ready. At 1st glance the room looked cleaned till we got into bed. There was obvious blood stains and weird orange stains on both sides of the conforter. The room above us sounded like there were kids running around throwing things and yelling but also could smell pot and this lasted this 1:30am. No help provided but could understand if the noise stopped by 11pm. It is a shame a property with a name backing like this can operate under the name. Obviously its a motel in a smaller city but wont be staying here again and we vist the areas around here frequently.

Check in was great, room was great, hot tub was nice because I was able to do some therapy on an injury, although it was pretty messy with towels scattered everywhere. Price was great. Breakfast was a very poor experience, because at the time I was there a lot of things were waiting to be replaced.

Excellent all around

Very clean, nice room and stocked with everything you would need. Nice room it felt like home. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast not just coffee and muffins. Definitely going to stay there again when going thur.
