I’ve stayed at the La Quinta in Cedar City several times. Always clean & comfortable with a good breakfast. The only negatives; the pillows aren’t very comfortable & the pool area gets very loud when kids are playing, acoustics should have been planned better.

Carpet and couch ripped and stained cushions upon arrival. Asked for a roll away bed when checking in which they said would be sent up. 4 hours later asked another front desk worker if we could get the roll away that would was supposed to be sent and was told he would charge me $50. And now to top it off ac doesn't work. Unbelievable that they wouldn't budge on the $50 charge when I was told it would be delivered with no mentions of an extra charge. Stayed in another La Quinta last night with none of these issues. Very disappointed with the lack of care for a customer at this location. Last night stayed at the location 30 min south in La Verkin and was treated great with exceptional staff.
