Not stellar but not bad. Just really expensive.

The hotel was okay but wildly overpriced because of the university graduation. The AC unit in our room would never run to cool the room down, it kept switching to heat. We didn’t report it because it was late at night and we left the next morning.

Absolutely disgusting! For one the facility is decorated with dollar store decor, (No Joke). Our room had remnants of the previous guests food crumbs scattered throughout, but the best part are the bugs rummaging around the complimentary coffee and tea area. Really? On Saturday when I cam down to the breakfast area I showed my wife all of the filth. We went back up to out room, packed up and got out of there This facility is absolutely disgusting!

Check in was easy. Large parking lot, free parking. Lobby has a small store for essentials. Polite staff. Very nice breakfast setup for this type of hotel. Two things that really bothered me were first, we went to the pool area for a soak in the hot tub. The water was an odd shade of green, and the smell of chlorine was so overwhelming our eyes and throat began to burn. We weren’t able to stay in more than 5 minutes. We did alert the staff. Secondly, around midnight, we heard people in the room next door possibly arriving. The walls must be very thin because we heard lots of noises for over an hour, which woke us up.

Never have had this happen to me before!

When we entered our assigned room we discovered it was occupied! Front desk was surprised when we told them. They gave us a different room. The room wasn’t very clean. Disappointed in overall experience.

Uncleanliness + Bad Customer Service

If you like the smell of throwup, dust in every corner, your feet to stick to the bathroom floor, and horrible customer service after the fact, you should stay here. Guest room was disgusting and the entire fourth floor smelled like throwup last week. After being told I'm so sorry we'll refund you, somehow a week later, the issue is still not resolved. Don't recommend staying here. Stay at the new Courtyard accross the street.
