Room was ok & pretty basic but we had to go downstairs to get a glass to have at the sink Continental breakfast was lacking Coffee was full of ground & tasted like mud, told the staff & they just shrugged it off There was no water available at the food area either Plus during our stay there was never anyone at the desk

During our stay, our car got over 1500 dollars in damage in the hotel parking lot from a hit and run. Messed up our door pretty bad. We filed a police report and the manager/owner of Spark wouldn't help to find who did it by looking at the security camera and they did not care and would not refund us for the stay. Worst hotel experiences ever and normally I write awesome reviews and I was so excited to stay at this place, but had to cut trip short because of safety. I just wanted them to care but that is too much to ask. Very sad about this experience. 😢 if they are willing to help us by finding the person who hit our car or get the footage from the camera, I will write the best review, but I do not see this happening but I pray it does so we dont have to file a claim with our insurance company. Lesson learned.
