Guests are perfectly situated next to the city marina and just steps from local restaurants, shops, art galleries, and the grocery store—no car required.

Additional Information:
• Grills are park-style and located at the end of the complex. Please bring your own utensils, charcoal, grill brush, and lighter fluid.
• No boat parking is available onsite. Public boat parking is located one block east or two blocks north, behind the museum.

Perfect location and place

My husband, 2 year old daughter and I stayed her for a weekend and we are so glad we did. The location is perfect for walking, the view is beautiful and the condo was exceptional. Literally one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed and has everything you need! Thank you for everything and having us. We definitely will be back!
