Everything ok except the on thing that got me to book at this hotel. The hot tub was extremely hot, none of the users while I was there could stay in for more than a few seconds and the staff tried to reach someone to do something about it but could not. I feel a $10 or $15 refund should be made. Without the hot tub I’d I have booked a different motel.

This hotel was selected specifically because it offers 24/7 airport shuttle service - but no one answered the phone at the hotel! Eventually had to get a cab. Being left at the airport when it's dark and cold is not satisfactory. The complimentary breakfast was decent.

Hotel was convenient as we were in town for a funeral. Check in was easy and all staff were friendly and helpful and the price was good. The room was comfortable but there was mold in the shower grout. The breakfast was fine for us but all of the seating benches are cracked and worn. We will most likely stay there again when we are in the area visiting family
