Welcome to our peaceful 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment nestled in the heart of Cedar Rapids, Iowa! This inviting space is perfect for a small family or a group of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay during their visit.
If you're in the mood for some outdoor activities, you'll be pleased to know that several parks, hiking trails, and recreational areas are within close proximity.
This second floor apartment shares a common hallway with two other apartments with long term residents.
There is one thermostat set to 72 degrees during the day and 70 at night. This unit also has two wall units to adjust temps if needed.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and be provided a key to access via a secure entrance door. Laundry is coin operated in the basement.
We live in town and are happy to assist with anything you need during your stay. Messages through the app is the fasted way to get a response!
We have a second apartment in this building that is also an airbnb. If you have another group you are traveling with, we would love to host both groups.
