On offer is this 70 year old stone house, renovated in 2017 and situated at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac over looking the beautiful valley and only 7 km away from Cedeira. A popular fishing town where you can enjoy the local Galician gastronomy, shops, restaurants and walks along the beach and port.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom with on suite including a generous size jacuzzi. Also a second bedroom set up as a twin room with its own bathroom. Downstairs is another large double bedroom with bathroom adjacent.
The open plan living area downstairs consist of a fully equipped kitchen, dinning area and a spacious living room which includes a TV, DVD player and wifi connection. In addition there is a pellet stove and central heating for those colder months.
Moving outside you will find a spacious dining area under the porch, the perfect shelter from those hot days while enjoying a freshly cooked meal on the bbq. Also hammocks and sun beds are available for further relaxation. There is plenty of room for the young ones to run around and play the property consist of 1200 square meters.
The property is also positioned within a few hundred meters of the National Park of the Capelada which are the highest cliffs in Europe and where you can also find the famous small village of San Andres De Teixido. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the area are short drive away such as Villarrube, Baleo, Valdovino and Pantin, this last one holding the famous surfing competition (Pantin Classic), if surfing is your thing there are a few surf schools to chose desde.
