Pietra a Mare is a charming stone villa overlooking the sea, featuring a dual character: rustic on the outside and modern on the inside, with clean and essential lines.

Surrounded by greenery and located just 5 km from the center of Cefalù, Pietra a mare offers a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort in every season.

The property also boasts a spacious panoramic terrace from which you can admire the stunning Tyrrhenian coastline.

The villa has been recently renovated; the outdoor areas are currently being completed and will be ready to welcome guests starting from June 2026.
