Relax at the Swimming Pool by Wonderful Italy

Splendid farmhouse between countryside and sea in the magnificent area of Cefalù, an oasis of tranquillity in one of Sicily's most visited towns.



A park where you can walk among magnificent almond trees, a tennis court (at an extra cost), 5 bedrooms and various living areas between indoor and outdoor spaces, where the swimming pool area is certainly the most beautiful part of the house, overlooking the Gulf of Cefalù of which it enjoys a spectacular view, enhanced by breathtaking sunsets and the wonderful sight of 5 Aeolian Islands. The farmhouse is divided into two levels: on the first you will find 2 living areas, kitchen, dining room, 1 bedroom (double or twin as needed) and bathroom; on the second level, but with three different accesses, the other 4 bedrooms, of which 2 twin rooms each with private bathroom, one double with external bathroom, one suite-loft with study and view over the swimming pool. Outside there is a dining area belonging to the dining room and kitchen, cool and shaded by splendid almond trees, swimming pool area with sun loungers, various seating points and covered gazebo, and finally several corners where you can relax taking advantage of the sun's rotation around the house during the day.



*Once 50kW/day is exceeded, a supplement of €0.50/kW will be charged for the excess.



*The shared swimming pool is open from 1 April to 31 October. The use of a swimming cap may be required.

The marvellous city of Cefalù offers one of the best beaches in Sicily. It is known for the Norman Cathedral, a 12th-century structure resembling a fortress with elaborate Byzantine mosaics and tall twin towers, and nearby you can visit the Mandralisca Museum with its archaeological exhibitions. For an excursion with a sea view, the Rocca di Cefalù, also called U Castieddu by locals, is not to be missed – a splendid fortress whose summit hosts the ruins of the medieval castle. The coast of Cefalù offers marvellous crystal-clear waters and golden beaches in the spirit of fun and relaxation, in a Mediterranean climate where you can breathe in clear air.
