The villa is laid out over two floors.
On the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area, which includes a cosy lounge with a fireplace, a dining room, a well equipped kitchen perfect for preparing Sicilian feasts, a laundry room for convenience during longer stays. The sleepings rooms on this level consist of:
• 1 double bedroom (160x200 cm)
• 1 separate bathroom with shower
• 1 bedroom with a French bed (ideal for one adult or two children)
• 1 additional guest bathroom with sink, toilet, and bidet
Upstairs, on the first floor, you'll find a relaxing TV room and:
• 1 spacious double bedroom (160x200 cm)
• 1 separate bathroom with a tub

The villa opens onto a generous furnished patio, shaded by a pergola, and equipped with a barbecue for outdoor cooking and an al fresco dining area.
