Non adatto a soggiorni invernali - freddissimo

La gestione ritengo sia affidata ad operatori specializzati:check in on line ( dal pc scomodo caricare i documenti di riconoscimento, anzi impossibile, da Smart phone invece semplice e fluido ), mail precise, dettagliate e le istruzioni per il soggiorno puntuali ed efficaci. Impossibile sbagliarsi! L’appartamento è di recente ristrutturazione, di buon gusto, per due o tre persone è un ottimo ambiente. Ben rifinito, pulito ed accessoriato. Ha una rampa di scalini di accesso abbastanza ripida ( da segnalarlo a chi avesse problemi a poterli salire ). Cucinino con piastra, microonde, macchina del caffè con cialde e frigorifero. Bagno comodo ed accessoriato con doccia ampia. L’acqua calda è generata da uno scaldabagno che casualmente abbiamo riscontrato essere spento: controllatelo, quindi.Il riscaldamento è affidato ad un solo condizionatore d’aria assolutamente inefficace per un ambiente ampio, in pietra, con volte alte e che non ha porta o disimpegno che isoli dall’accesso. Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte in un letto gelido ed umido. Qualunque oggetto era freddo. Abbiamo provato a riscaldare il bagno con il getto caldo del phone sperando di poter avere un po’ di comfort. Ahimè l’esperienza è stata agghiacciante. Ha tutti i presupposti per essere davvero una bella struttura ricettiva, persino la possibilità di trovare parcheggio nei dintorni nonostante sia in centro storico ma è necessario modificare l’impianto di riscaldamento, diversamente lo si fitti solo d’estate.
