Es un hotel súper lindo y cómodo; sin embargo dos pequeños detalles. El piso de la ducha se ve “manchado” necesita limpieza profunda, igual que uno de los tapetes del lobby… por lo demás es espectacular!

Al llegar al hotel me dijeron en el check in que incluía desayuno. Al día siguiente que bajo al restaurante y me comentan que si está incluido. Al pedir la cuenta me llegó el ticket como cortesía sin cobro. Al salir del restaurante me regresaron pidiendo que pagara ya que fue un error. Sin problema lo pagué porque estoy consiente que no pagué tarifa con desayuno, pero fue muy molesto que me dijeran el recepción y restaurante que estaba incluido y me hicieran firmar el consumo sin cobro.
