Die Schlüsselübergabe ist immer unkompliziert. Die ganze Mietabwicklung klappt immer hervorragend, wir haben die Wohnung für 2024 bereits wieder vorreserviert. Da wir die Wohnung bereits dreimal gemietet haben, wissen wir, dass wir unsere eigenen Eierbecher mitbringen. (Jammern auf hohem Niveau....)

Die Sitzgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer ist mehr als dürftig. Das Sofa ist total durchgesessen. Die Matratze im Bett ist total unbequem, Rückenschmerzen sind Programm. Bitte lesen Sie auch unsere früheren Bemerkung zur Wohnungsausstattung. Versuchen Sie bitte beim Eigentümer durchzusetzen dass Sofa und Matratze zu ersetzen wären. Wir schätzen dies Wohnung ausschliesslich wegen der guten Lage in Celerina.

Was machen Sie nach einem strengen Wander- oder Skitag? Sie setzen sich gemütlich aufs Sofa und schauen fern. Genau das können Sie nicht in dieser Wohnung. Das Sofa ist extrem durchgeritten, sodass Sie nach wenigen Minuten Rückenschmerzen haben. Es ist in einem desolaten Zustand. Das TV-Angebot für deutsch sprechende Mieter ist sehr mager. Jeder zweite interessante Sender würde ein Update des Abonnements benötigen. Im übrigen haben wir die Kaffeemaschine und die Wasserhähne in der Küche und im Bad entkalkt. Im Bad zusätzlich noch den Filter vom Abzug gereinigt.
