Living room with south-facing balcony and open-plan kitchen with cooker, combi-microwave, dishwasher, Chicco d'Oro coffee machine and fridge. One bedroom with double bed. One bedroom with bunk bed. Bathroom, WC and washbasin. Internet and TV. Simple furnishings. Garage parking space (narrow driveway). Laundry room for shared use. Pets are not allowed.
